Shimon Pepper has served as a senior consultant to many not for profit organizations for close to two decades. Prior to that time, he served as a fundraising professional in several Jewish Federations, including Baltimore, Houston, and New York.
Mr. Pepper has helped to shape the Jewish world through his work on behalf of Ethiopian and Russian immigrants. He also was the founding consultant for the Koby Mandell Foundation, an organization which helped families of terrorist victims in Israel.
Mr. Pepper remains active in the Jewish community, and represents diverse organizations including the Lev Lalev Children’s Home, Mosdos Nikelsberg, The Library of The Holocaust Foundation, and various synagogues and Jewish schools.
He has lectured and taught at several universities and also provides private tutorials for new fundraisers. He is a most successful fund raising/life coach.
